Luonkos Friends terms and conditions

Luonkos Friends is a free, cardless customer loyalty program by Luonkos Finland Oy, open to all individuals aged 18 or over. Membership entitles members to a wide range of varying benefits in the Luonkos online store. Luonkos Friends membership requires opening a personal Luonkos Friends account (registration) and accepting the associated terms and conditions; by creating an account, the customer accepts the terms.

Communication regarding the current benefits of the Luonkos Friends loyalty program primarily takes place via email and on the luonkos.fi website.

Terms and Conditions of the Luonkos Friends Loyalty Program

Luonkos Friends (hereinafter "Luonkos Friends") is a benefits program by Luonkos Finland Oy (hereinafter "Luonkos") offering various benefits related to Luonkos products, such as offers and opportunities to participate in Luonkos Friends events. The current benefits are announced on the Luonkos website and in customer communications sent to Luonkos Friends members.

Individuals aged 18 or over can become members of the free Luonkos Friends benefits program. Luonkos Friends membership is personal and intended only for individuals acting as consumers (hereinafter "Member"). Only the Member may use Luonkos Friends benefits and make purchases tied to the membership, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Membership can be joined by registering on the luonkos.fi website, where a personal Luonkos Friends account will be opened for the Member. A Member can only have one (1) Luonkos Friends account. Joining the Luonkos Friends benefits program requires the Member to accept these terms, the general terms of use and contract for the Luonkos.fi online store, and Luonkos's personal data processing practices, and to consider them binding. All terms are permanently visible on Luonkos's aforementioned website.

The Member is obliged to provide correct contact information when joining Luonkos Friends and to keep their contact information up to date. Up-to-date contact information is important to ensure the delivery of messages regarding benefits. Communication concerning member benefits is an essential part of the benefits program.

The Luonkos Friends benefits program may offer additional benefits and member events for Members who purchase the most products during each year.

Member's personal data is processed in accordance with Luonkos's data protection practices. Luonkos will under no circumstances disclose data to third parties. Personal data processing practices are available on the Luonkos website.

Luonkos Friends member communications primarily take place via email and the Luonkos website. In addition, Luonkos may send notifications to Members on a case-by-case basis, for example, via text messages.

Members can utilize Luonkos Friends benefits by authenticating with email when making purchases in the Luonkos online store on the luonkos.fi website. It should be noted separately that resellers whose selection also includes Luonkos products do not offer the same member benefits.

Luonkos Friends and its associated member service are offered to Finnish consumers in Finnish. Some Luonkos Friends communications, such as newsletters, may also be available to customers in English at Luonkos's discretion. However, Luonkos is not obligated to produce messages and services related to the Luonkos Friends benefits program in languages other than Finnish.

Luonkos has the right to reject a Luonkos Friends membership application at its discretion or to terminate membership if the Member has not actively used their Luonkos Friends membership or if the Member significantly violates its terms. Membership ceases within a reasonable time from Luonkos's termination notice, which is sent to the email address provided by the Member. If the notice is based on the Member's inactivity, membership can still be kept active by demonstrating activity in the Luonkos Friends benefits program. A Member can withdraw from the Luonkos Friends benefits program by sending their informal termination notice to info@luonkos.fi.

Luonkos reserves the right to discontinue the Luonkos Friends benefits program within a reasonable time from the discontinuation notice and to amend the terms of the Luonkos Friends benefits program by informing the Member. The updated Luonkos Friends terms will be made available on the Luonkos website.

Friends points terms of use and campaign code combinability

Friends points are personal loyalty points accumulated from purchases and campaigns in the Luonkos online store.
Luonkos reserves the right to unilaterally determine how and when points are accumulated.
Points can be used as a payment method in the online store by redeeming a discount code either: in your Friends program account (on the luonkos.fi website) or from the Friends loyalty program menu visible at the bottom of the webpage.
Before proceeding to checkout, the Member must redeem the points code and enter it into the designated field at checkout.

Campaign codes and points cannot be used in the same order. During campaign periods (e.g., Black Friday), the Member can choose either to use a campaign code or points. If you wish to use points during a campaign, remove any campaign code from the checkout and enter the points code instead.

Point validity

Friends points are valid for 12 months from their accumulation.
The expiry of points will be notified to the email address provided by the Member.
