    Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards

    Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementer of the payment intermediation service and as the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

    The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store is responsible for statutory and other self-defined obligations related to the transaction. If you wish to complain about or return a product, you should contact the online store from which the product was ordered directly.

    Bank payments

    You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement, and we will forward your payment to the online store. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

    Credit card payments

    You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.

    Paytrail appears as the payee on the card statement and forwards the customer's credit card payment directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a protected payment form, and credit card information is not stored in the online store's systems.

    Paying by invoice/installment

    If you wish, you can choose Walley invoice/installment for your order, in which case the products will be delivered to you first. Walley sends the invoice the day after the order, and it has 45 days of interest-free payment time. The financing company adds its own invoicing fee (3.8€) to the order. Please note that even when paying by invoice, identity verification is done with online banking credentials.
