Payments with Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCard

Our payment gateway and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. You’ll see Paytrail Oyj as the payment’s receiver on your account statement or your credit card bill. Paytrail Oyj will transfer the payment to the seller. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In reclamation situations we encourage you to primarily contact the product’s supplier.

The online store markets the products and services and delivers the products to the customer. The online store is responsible for any obligations related to the store, both statutory ones and the ones defined by the store itself. Should you wish to file a complaint or return a product, you should be in direct contact with the online store where the product was ordered from.

Bank payments

You can choose from the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can choose between Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki, and Ålandsbanken. On your account statement you’ll see Paytrail Oyj as the payment's receiver. We will transfer your payment to the online store. We’ll direct you from the online store to safely process the payment in your own bank.

Credit card payments

You can use Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard in the online store. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.

You’ll see Paytrail as the payment’s receiver on your credit card bill. Paytrail will transfer the customer's card payment directly to the online store. Card payments are processed safely on a secure payment form, and payment card's data is not saved in the online store's systems.

Payment by invoice/instalment

You can choose to pay for your order with Walley invoice / instalment. With this method the products will be delivered to you first. Walley will send you an invoice the day after you’ve placed your order, and you’ll have 45 days to pay the invoice interest-free. The financier will add their own fee (€ 3,8) to the order. Remember that even when you choose to pay with invoice, you’ll need your online bank identifiers for identity authentication.
