Delivery terms
The shop sells products to adults. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart using the online payment service. All customer data is handled confidentially. The contact information requested during the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or for clarifying any ambiguities, unless otherwise specified. By ordering from the online store, you are assumed to have read and committed to the current delivery terms.
Payment and payment methods
The payment service is Paytrail, which offers invoice, installment, card payment, and online banking payments. By providing information at checkout, you accept the terms of Paytrail Oyj (Innova 2, Lutakonaukio 7, 40100 Jyväskylä). By pressing the "Buy" button, you accept the general terms of eBrands Global Oy.
Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, showing your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service at wecare@luonkos.com. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation. Delivery methods and costs
You can choose from several delivery options, which you will find at the checkout with exact price details. Options include Matkahuolto, Posti, and PostNord, delivered to pickup points or home.
If your order value is at least 60€, you get free delivery to a pickup point!
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. At the checkout, you can choose the most suitable delivery method for you, where the exact delivery cost is displayed.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. We aim to deliver products as quickly as possible within 1-3 business days of the order. Our products are handmade, and small delays may occur if there are many orders in the queue. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if the shopping cart contains out-of-stock products, and we will also notify you immediately after ordering of any possible delays or changes. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. The online store will inform about exceptional delivery times on its pages.
Return policy
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the ordered shipment has been received.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous manner (for example, by letter sent by post or email). Contact information can be found at the bottom of the page.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Unclaimed package
Failure to pick up is not the same as a return or cancellation. For packages not picked up and returned to the sender, we charge a delivery fee of 5.95€.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the defect within 14 days in writing by email or by phone – contact information at the bottom of the page. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the transport company of your chosen delivery method.
