EARN POINTS AND REWARDS Enjoy valuable benefits for you and your friends — you can even get products for free!
Collect points. Points act as cash that you can redeem on orders in the Luonkos online store.
Every purchase earns you points. For example, spend €100 online, and get €10 in store credit added to your member account.
- Join Friends membership + 20 points.
- Subscribe to the newsletter + 50 points.
- Leave a product review + 10 points. Add a photo with your review to earn an extra + 10 points! You’ll receive a review request by email 14 days after purchase. Note: You can only review items bought through the Luonkos online store.
- Follow us on social media + 20 points.
- Use your points toward shipping costs – redeem 30 points for free shipping to domestic pickup points.
REFER A FRIEND + 100 points. Earn shopping credit in your Friends account by sharing the loyalty program with friends! Both you and your friend will get valuable benefits!
Examples:
- 10 points = €1 in spending credit for your member account
- 100 points = €10 in spending credit for your member account
Note: You can’t combine multiple discounts at checkout. Choose between redeeming points or purchasing with Friends pricing.
HOW TO EARN AND USE POINTS
Earn points through various actions.
- To redeem points, select your desired amount and click “Activate Benefit.”
- Add the discount at checkout once you’ve confirmed the amount.
- Note: Your activated points won’t show in your points balance but will be ready for you to use at checkout!
You can find your benefits and activate them lower on this page or in the “Points and Rewards” pop-up in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Collected points are valid for 12 months.
If you pay for an order with a gift card, discount code, or redeemed points, you won’t earn points on that purchase. If your activated benefit is greater than the total order value, the benefit will be fully applied.
