By participating in the Luonkosi competition, the participant agrees to comply with the official rules of the competition or raffle and the decisions of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules, which will come into effect on the date of their publication.
Participation and eligibility
To participate in the competition or raffle, the participant must fill in any information requested in the competition or raffle and submit contact information as requested by the specified date. The participant must be a natural person over 18 years of age residing in Finland or must have the consent of a guardian to participate. The competition or raffle must always be entered under their own name and with correct contact information. The organizer's staff and their family members cannot participate in the raffle. Entries that violate the competition or raffle instructions will be rejected.
Prizes and organizer's responsibility
The winner will be notified personally by the date announced in the competition or raffle. The prize is personal. The prize cannot be exchanged for another product or converted into cash. The organizer will send the raffle prizes to the winners by post. The winner of the prize releases the organizer from all liability arising or alleged to have arisen from the receipt of the prize and from liability related to the subsequent use of the prize or injury or damage arising or alleged to have arisen from the redemption or use of the prize. The organizer's liability will not exceed the value of the prize in any circumstances. The organizer is not responsible for obstacles to participation in the competition or raffle due to IT reasons.
Use of names and contact information
The names and contact details of the participants will only be used for the purpose of conducting the draw, notifying the winner and/or delivering the prize. These rules apply to all competitions and draws organised by Luonkos Finland Oy Ltd.
