1. Wash the Comfycase thoroughly with soap suitable for intimate areas before first use.
2. Empty the menstrual cup or pad and rinse with water.
3. Place the product in the box and fill it halfway with hot water.
4. Microwave: Heat the container (lid slightly ajar) on medium power for about 3 minutes until the water is steaming. Let cool before handling.
5. If a microwave is not available, fill the container with hot tap water and soak the product for a few minutes.
6. Drain the water, rinse the product and store it clean for next use.

Store the Comfycase in a dry and clean place.
After use, wash with soap and water if necessary or sterilize in boiling water before next use.
