Heating:
1. Heat only the inner bag – not the outer fabric cover.
2. Add a cup of water to the microwave and heat for 1–3 minutes, depending on the power of the microwave.
3. Turn the bag every 30 seconds and check the temperature to avoid overheating.
4. Allow to cool to a comfortable temperature before use.

Cooling:
1. Place the inner bag in the freezer for 1-2 hours before use.
